Common questions
- How do I know my order went through?
- You land on a confirmation page with your order number the moment it is placed. Write that number down, it is what we use to find your order on the phone.
- When is my mobile money payment confirmed?
- Send the money to the number shown at checkout, then paste the transaction ID into the payment reference field. We match it against our statement, usually within a couple of hours during working days.
- Can I pay when the shoes arrive?
- Yes, inside Lusaka. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay the rider. Outside Lusaka the courier needs the goods paid for before they travel.
- The size does not fit. What now?
- Call us within 7 days. As long as the pair is unworn and still in its box we swap it for the right size, and you only cover the return courier.
- Do you restock sold-out sizes?
- Most sizes come back within two to three weeks. Ring the number below with the style name and we will tell you exactly when.
