Your order joins a batch of 100
Wholesale orders are grouped into batches of 100 pairs so freight stays cheap. You are told which batch you are in.

Once the batch is complete it moves as one consignment, and each order is delivered from there.

Straight answers
- Can I mix different styles and sizes?
- Yes. The 20% is based on the total number of pairs in your bag, not on buying the same shoe 20 times. Twenty different pairs qualifies exactly the same as twenty of one style.
- Do I have to pay everything up front?
- For orders under 50 pairs, yes, payment is taken in full at checkout. Above that, call us and we will arrange a deposit and balance on dispatch.
- What does the batch of 100 mean for me?
- Bulk orders travel together in consignments of 100 pairs, which is what keeps the price where it is. If your order lands in a batch that is nearly complete it moves within days. If it opens a new batch it can take a little longer, and we will always tell you which one you are in.
- Can I get an invoice for my business?
- Yes. Put your business name in the notes field at checkout and a proper invoice is issued with your order number on it.
- What if a pair arrives damaged?
- Photograph it and send it through the same day. Damaged pairs are replaced in the next batch at no cost to you, or credited against your following order.
